The Human Resources Development Center operates under the vision of "Strengthening Global Vaccine Hub Competitiveness and Creating a Self-Sustaining Vaccine Industry Ecosystem through Global Vaccine Industry Professional Development." We aim to cultivate vaccine industry professionals with global GMP practical capabilities and expertise by establishing dedicated facilities and equipment, operating educational programs, and developing professionals in vaccine manufacturing processes and quality control.

We provide human resource development programs by level, stage, and platform by developing dedicated practical courses, textbooks, and programs based on GMP-standard facilities and animal cell cultivation for vaccine and biopharmaceutical production processes and quality control. We will contribute to strategic human resource development to enhance global vaccine hub competitiveness.

We will do our utmost to grow with our trainees and establish ourselves as a global hub with the highest capabilities in the vaccine and biopharmaceutical industry, becoming the cornerstone leading Korea's vaccine and biopharmaceutical industry.
